These pages and the documents referred to in them (together, the "Terms and Conditions") are intended to tell you about us, our services, and our and your responsibilities when you access and use our website or mobile applications ("Site") or make any booking through our Site.

If you access or use our Site, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, so make sure you read through them carefully. You should pay particular attention to the section called "Our Liability", as this excludes or limits our legal liability in connection with your use of our services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Site.

We update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so remember to check back in before you use our services in case anything has changed. Notification of any changes will be made by posting new terms onto the Site. In continuing to use the Site you confirm that you accept the then current terms and conditions in full at the time you use the Site.

Other Terms May Apply
If you are using Get Set Park's Mobile Payment Service, our Mobile Payment Terms & Conditions will apply.

If you are parking in a Get Set Park Car Park, our Car Park Terms & Conditions will apply.

If you book a parking space through the Site, our Driver Agreement will apply.

If you are a parking space owner and you rent your parking space with us, our Parking Space Owner agreement will apply.

Registration
1. Membership is open to any individual who chooses to register with the Site. Registration with the Site

is currently free, however in order to become a registered user you will have to provide some basicpersonal information. Our Privacy policy explains how we use the personal information you provideto us on registration.

2. You agree that all information supplied on registration or otherwise during your use of the Site is trueand accurate and will be kept up to date at all times. We may use the information provided to us tocontact you in relation to your application and to administer your membership.

3. You may not have more than one registration and we reserve the right at our discretion to delete orcancel the membership of any person who in our opinion possesses more than one registration atany time.

4. You must not allow any other person to use your registration. You may not impersonate any otherperson in any registration whether or not that other person is a user of the Site.

5. You may cancel your membership at any time by sending us an email telling us you wish to cancelyour registration. Termination of your membership will be effective once we confirm cancellation.

6. We reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately without notice if in our opinion youhave breached these Terms and Conditions.

Use and Abuse of the Site
1. You may not use the Site to publish any offensive, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal information or content.

2. We reserve the right at our discretion to remove any content from the Site, terminate your

registration or membership and restrict your access to our services at any time for any reason.

3. We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site, but not to download

(other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with our express written consent.

4. In the event that you are informed that you will no longer be entitled to access the services, you will

not be entitled to register again, and you will no longer have permission to use the Site.

Advertising and Commercial Use
1. Users of the Site are not entitled to directly advertise to or solicit the custom of other users without our express written consent.

2. You are not entitled to resell or commercially exploit the Site's contents other than content you have posted. You are not entitled to use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extractiontools to collect usernames, email addresses or any other data for the purposes of sending unsolicitedemail or for any other use.

3. In the event that you are found by us to have been sending unsolicited email to our users then wereserve the right to terminate without notice your use of the Site without limiting any other rightsand remedies we may have.

Our Liability
1. As a consumer, you have certain rights under law and nothing in these Terms and Conditions can, or

is intended to, limit or remove these rights. We don't exclude or limit our responsibility to you for lossor damage where it would be unlawful to do so, including for faulty or misdescribed goods.

2. The material displayed on our Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as toits accuracy and is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we hereby expresslyexclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by any law.

3. We will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstancesbeyond our reasonable control.

4. Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at theSite will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the services will be fault-free.

5. Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or theintroduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as wereasonably can.

6. From time to time, it may be necessary to suspend access to the Site (or certain parts of the Site) for aperiod of time to deal with any threat to the Site or our services, or circumstances outside our control,and any such interruptions will not constitute a breach by us of these Terms and Conditions. We willnot be liable for any business, financial, or economic loss nor for any losses that were not foreseeableto both parties (such as lost reputation, lost profit or lost opportunity) arising as a result of your useof the Site whether such loss is incurred or suffered as a result of our negligence or otherwise.

By displaying user-generated content on this Site you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, transferable and worldwide license to all copyright and other rights to suchcontent for use for any business purposes, even following termination of your registration ormembership.

3. We do not screen user-generated content (including content relating to available parking spaces) orinformation on the Site and we cannot give any assurance as to its accuracy or completeness. Usersof this Site are expressly asked not to publish any defamatory, misleading or offensive content or anycontent which infringes any other persons intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright). Any suchcontent is contrary to our policy we do not accept liability in respect of such content, and the user

responsible will be personally liable for any damages or other liability arising and you agree toindemnify us in relation to any liability we may suffer as a result of any such content.

4. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold,visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. Youmay not systematically extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of the Site without our expresswritten consent. In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gatheringand extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilization of any substantial partsof this Site without our express written consent.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all users of Get Set Park, operated by Xzyntrix Technologies Private Limited. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and related matters for both Parking Space Owners and Vehicle Owners using our platform.

2. DefinitionsParking Space Owner:
Individuals or businesses who subscribe to Get Set Park to list their parkingspaces on the platform.Vehicle Owner:
Individuals who use the Get Set Park app to find and book parking spaces.Subscription Fee:
The fee paid by Parking Space Owners to Xzyntrix Technologies Private Limited forusing the Get Set Park platform.Parking Fee:
The amount Vehicle Owners pay directly to Parking Space Owners for using theirparking spaces.

3. Subscription Fee Cancellation and Refund (For Parking Space Owners)3.1 Subscription Plans
Parking Space Owners may choose from various subscription plans offered by Get Set Park. The subscription fee structure, duration, and benefits will be clearly communicated during sign-up.

3.2 Cancellation of Subscription
3.2.1 Parking Space Owners may cancel their subscription at any time by:

Logging into their account and using the cancellation option in the dashboardContacting our customer support team at info@xzyntrix.comSubmitting a written cancellation request to our registered address

3.2.2 Upon cancellation:

Access to the Get Set Park platform as a Parking Space Owner will continue until the end of thecurrent billing periodAll active parking space listings will remain visible until the end of the current billing periodAutomatic renewal of the subscription will be canceled

3.3 Refund of Subscription Fee
3.3.1 Refund Eligibility:

A full refund of the subscription fee may be issued ONLY if cancellation is requested within 24 hoursof initial subscription payment.NO REFUNDS will be provided for cancellations requested after 24 hours of subscription payment,regardless of subscription type or duration.Technical failures or service unavailability lasting more than 72 consecutive hours may be evaluatedon a case-by-case basis for potential credit toward future service.

3.3.2 Ineligible for Refund:

Any subscription canceled after the 24-hour period from initial paymentSubscriptions canceled due to violation of our Terms and ConditionsSubscriptions terminated due to fraudulent activity or misrepresentationPartial or pro-rated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

4. Parking Fee Transactions (Between Vehicle Owners and Parking SpaceOwners)4.1 No Liability or Commitment
4.1.1 Xzyntrix Technologies Private Limited and Get Set Park explicitly disclaim all liability, responsibility, and commitments related to any transactions, agreements, or arrangements made between Vehicle Owners and Parking Space Owners.

4.1.2 Get Set Park is solely a platform that enables Parking Space Owners to list their spaces and Vehicle Owners to discover available parking. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

4.1.3 All financial transactions for parking services occur directly between Vehicle Owners and Parking Space Owners without any involvement, processing, oversight, or guarantee from Xzyntrix Technologies Private Limited or Get Set Park.

4.2 Direct Transaction Relationship
4.2.1 Vehicle Owners and Parking Space Owners are solely responsible for:

Establishing the terms of their parking arrangementsSetting and collecting parking feesDetermining cancellation and refund policies for parking bookingsResolving any disputes that may arise between them

4.2.2 Get Set Park does not:

Process, hold, or transfer parking fee paymentsGuarantee the quality, safety, or legality of parking spaces listed

Verify the accuracy of parking space listingsGuarantee that a Vehicle Owner will fulfill payment obligationsGuarantee that a Parking Space Owner will honor reservationsProvide refunds for parking fee transactions under any circumstances

4.3 Recommendations Only
4.3.1 Any suggestions or recommendations provided by Get Set Park regarding parking fee transactions, including cancellation policies, are provided as general guidance only and are not binding on any party.

4.3.2 Get Set Park recommends that Parking Space Owners clearly communicate their own cancellation and refund policies in their space listings.

4.4 Dispute Resolution
4.4.1 In case of disputes regarding parking transactions, Vehicle Owners and Parking Space Owners are solely responsible for resolving such matters directly between themselves.

4.4.2 While Get Set Park may, at its sole discretion, offer voluntary mediation assistance, we are under no obligation to intervene in or resolve any disputes between users.

4.4.3 Get Set Park reserves the right to temporarily suspend listings or accounts that receive repeated legitimate complaints, but this should not be construed as assuming any responsibility for transactions between users.

5. Payment Processing and Refund Method
5.1 Eligible subscription fee refunds (within 24 hours of payment) will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever possible.

5.2 Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

6. Changes to This Policy
6.1 Get Set Park reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website or app.

6.2 Users will be notified of significant changes to this policy via email or through the app.
